How to use the zip file creator
- Choose or drop files, or use Add a folder.
- Name the ZIP and pick a compression level.
- Select Create ZIP.
How much smaller will it be?
Text, documents, CSV and code usually shrink by 60–90%. Photos, videos, PDFs and Office files are already compressed, so they’re stored as they are and the ZIP is about the same size; it’s still handy for sending many files as one.
